Your presentation was excellent and the advice useful. I’m encouraged to upload some video to Youtube and link to it from the museum’s website. The video can also be linked into our facebook page which receives more interest as the content increases.

Enhancing websites on a shoestring budget
Firstly, apologies for a delay in the updating this site, I have been very busy preparing for a conference and getting the portfolio section for the website ready (coming soon).
Below are my slides for the World Wide Wonder conference at the V&A I was speaking at today.
The talk went very well and was very well attended (even with the London Tube strike).
One person asked me a question about fighting spam in Wordpress. The plugin I was recommending is called Akismet. Any questions or queries, please leave a comment.

Dear Phil,
Thank you for your excellent presentation at the conference, I thoroughly enjoyed it and made lots of notes! Not enough though and I was hoping to download the ppt but do not want to sign up to slideshare - would it be possible for you to email it over to me?
PS loved the shirt, too!

Dear Phil
Many thanks for a fascinating talk yesterday and for the help with WordPress. That will be most helpful!
We have just started on the user research phase for the redevelopment of our website. I’d be interested in hearing more about the Museum’s experience from yourself and Matthew if you could spare the itme some day.
Best wishes
Peter Francis
